Handbuilding Workshop: Terracotta Vessels

In this 1.5-hour workshop, you will learn fundamental handbuilding techniques using terracotta clay to create a vessel of your choice (vase, planter, bowl, etc). This experience will involve step-by-step instruction, but experimentation and play are encouraged! All materials & tools are included. After the workshop, all pieces will be fired in my kiln and left unglazed to highlight the natural beauty of the terracotta material.

*Note: Because these pieces will not be glazed, they will not be food safe and therefore should be used for decorative purposes only.

Please allow about 3-4 weeks for completion. You will receive an email when pieces are ready, and you can pick them up during Be Free Creations' regular store hours.
